Your menu will vary according to the foods you include in the Idiot Proof Diet Generator.
You eat four meals each day - this is an important part of the diet.
The meals can be taken in any order and you can eat as much or as little of each item as you wish.
If you prefer a vegetarian diet simply choose meatless foods when creating your meal plan.
There is no limit on how much you eat at each meal. The key is to eat until you are satisfied but not feeling really "full".
