I lost 8lbs in my first 11-day cycle ... and went on to lose another 20lbs. This is how it happened.

After my daughter Kyla was born I had a lot of trouble losing weight from the pregnancy. In fact, I kept putting on more weight. It’s like just looking at food would add another few ounces.

I figured I had 6 months at the most to lose around 25 lbs. So I got on the phone and joined Weight Watchers.

At my first meeting I was pretty excited because there were lots of enthusiastic people there. But after more than 2 months I’d barely lost any weight and I was having a hard time staying with the diet, what with all the counting and weighing and meetings.

I was also getting very worried about the vacation. I'd only lost 2 pounds at this point and I had at least 23 lbs to go.

I wanted to jump right into another 11 day cycle but your supposed to take a 3 daybreak so that’s what I did. I did put on a little weight in those 3 days which was disappointing but not really a problem.

As soon as the break was over I started another 11 day cycle … and lost another 7 pounds.

So in less than a month, even with a little weight gain during the break, I was now down 14 lbs! I was very happy.

I lost a total of 28 lbs … in plenty of time for the beach vacation

I kept going for another 3 cycles and lost a total of 28 lbs. I looked great! And I still do.
